We offer you five main types of documents: a resume, a CV, a cover letter, a follow-up/thank you letter and a LinkedIn profile writing. We have a team of more than 15 professional resume writers with experience in 30 most popular industries. We are a company working on a global market, including the US, Canada and other countries.

Services, packages and delivery time

Our prices vary accordingly to your level of experience and delivery time and start from for an entry-level resume. We have three levels of experience. Entry level concerns recent graduates, or people entering the workforce for the first time. Professional level is for the candidates having more than 2 years of experience but not occupying a C-level position. Executive level writing concerns senior management positions and requires additional research. That is why we assign these resumes to the most experienced writers, top 10% of our network.

We also offer four different turnarounds – 5 days, 3 days, 48 hours and 24 hours. The delivery time may vary if the writers don’t receive all the required information from the client.

Apart from single services, we also offer special packages, which may include a resume (or CV) writing combined with cover letter writing or our full package which includes a resume (or CV) plus a cover letter and a LinkedIn profile makeover. The last one is the most popular package among our customers which not only allows them to secure a new position but also get a renewed LinkedIn profile which is a good investment in their professional growth in the future.

However, our services are not limited to the ones indicated in the order form. We have crafted personal biographies, portfolios, and application forms to our customers as well. You can contact us using the contact information provided on our website and request a quote, and our Customers Success Manager will get back to you as soon as possible with a special offer.

We also have special offers for our regular customers. We appreciate any kind of feedback and try to adjust our services to the customers’ needs. We also pride ourselves in delivering the best service we can and that is why we offer unlimited revisions of your documents until you are completely satisfied with the resume/cover letter/or CV you get. One of our additional guarantees is a free rewrite of your resume if you don’t get more job interviews in two months. Please refer to our Customer Success Manager for additional information.

What to do if you want to order a resume

If you want one of our writers to start working on your order asap and wonder how to order our services, we need you to:

  1. Fill in our order form and complete the payment.
  2. Provide all the information you think is necessary to write your resume and other documents. It may be your current resume if you have one, it may also be the link to the job opening you are interested in or a list of your job descriptions.

Go to our order form and choose the services you want to order. Remember that you can save 10% or more if you want to choose a package. Then click on “Proceed” button, where you will be able to enter your contact information: your first and last name, email, phone number and create a password to access your personal area. You can also upload your resume or any other document you want your writers to consider at this stage.

By clicking “Next” you place your order in our system. When completing this stage, you will get to the Invoice and Order details page. Here you will see the summary of your order with all the details you’ve chosen in the order form: Your Package, Level, Urgency (delivery time), and the total sum.

You can click the yellow “PayPal Checkout” button and you will go directly to the payment page. Our payment options are payment with PayPal or payment with Debit or Credit Card. Please contact us if you encounter any problems.

Here is how we proceed with your order after the payment

You will receive an email from a writer appointed to you upon completing your payment. Your writer will analyze your case and ask additional questions needed to write a resume. After getting all the necessary information, we start working on it. When finished, we will send you the draft of your resume. If you are OK with it, we will send you the editable version, and then proceed with the cover letter and LinkedIn profile. Please note that most of our writers are freelance writers located in different US States. That is why we don’t currently offer any telephone interviews with our writers. However, they are always there for you to contact via email. We guarantee that no one of the writers will abandon or ignore you and that they will always keep in touch with you, even after you get all the services you’ve ordered. We also guarantee free revisions until your full satisfaction with our services.
